This video series with Dr. Suzanne Humphries and writer/researcher, Hilary Butler should be a prerequisite for motherhood! I learned so much from these talks that I did not know when I had my three daughters, including why it is so important to not clamp the cord too quickly; how stem cells in beast milk can actually bring about healing of birth defects; and much more. Fortunately, even without this knowledge I instinctively did some of the things that the presenters strongly urge all mothers do to insure optimum health for their children. Please watch, learn and share with others, especially with future parents.

I am a mother of now two kids I have always been skeptical aboit vaccines. I have a new born and I’m reminded at two months he will get his first series of vaccines. I wanted to know if those series were necessary and if I do get any vaccines which ones are safe

Dear Danielle...Thank you for reaching out. You are wise to be skeptical about vaccines. It is extremely important for you to research vaccines carefully in order to make a well informed decision for your children. I encourage you to follow the suggestions that you will find at https://www.vaccinechoiceprayercommunity.org/welcome-to-vcpc.html. In the U.S., if following the CDC recommended childhood vaccine schedule, your son will receive a total of 8 vaccines at his two-month visit. I encourage you to find out ahead of time which vaccines (type and brand) your healthcare provider would be giving your son and utilize the vaccine ingredients calculator, VaxCalc. It will generate a very comprehensive and informative report for you that you can share and discuss with your physician if you so choose. The link to VaxCalc is included in #3 at the above link. Depending on where you reside and where your children will eventually attend school -- if you plan to send them to public or private school rather than homeschooling -- there are vaccine "requirements." In the U.S., vaccine exemptions vary from state to state. You can learn more about that at https://www.nvic.org/Vaccine-Laws/state-vaccine-requirements.aspx. If you read vaccine package inserts you will learn that there are risks, warnings, contraindications, adverse effects, etc. associated with every vaccine; which is why it is vitally important for you to do the research and take into consideration your child's and your family's health history. Do not vaccinate your child if he is ill or has recently been ill. In addition to learning all that you can, pray for wisdom and guidance and always follow your God-given maternal instinct. Never let anyone bully or coerce you into vaccinating yourself or your child if that instinct is telling you to wait or not to vaccinate at all. Far too many parents live with regret that they did not research prior to vaccinating and that they did not follow their instinct. Many of their stories are included in blog posts and on the "We Remember" and "Families Speak" pages of this website. I hope this information is helpful. Please feel free to email me at jeanette@vaccinechoiceprayercommunity.org if I can be of further assistance. You and your children are in my thoughts and prayers. God bless and take care...Jeanette
