While with a group of friends, the subject came up that grandparents (and other family members) are being told they must get a Tdap vaccine before meeting the new baby in the family to protect baby from pertussis/whooping cough. It's an issue that has caused conflicts within some families.
You might recall seeing the rather frightening GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) "big bad cough" campaign, targeting grandparents, where Grandma morphs into a big bad wolf ready to cough on the infant and infect him or her with pertussis. In case you haven't seen it, it's included in the video below.
It is true that pertussis (whooping cough) is especially dangerous for a young baby; but the fact is -- and it's backed by science -- the adult getting the pertussis vaccine just might put baby at an even higher risk; because even though the vaccine recipient will not exhibit symptoms -- which would probably have kept him from visiting baby in the first place -- he or she can unknowingly have and transmit the illness to others, including the new baby.
Del Bigtree (Vaxxed, ICAN, HighWire) gives a good explanation -- complete with props -- in the video below. Take time to watch.
So, if you or someone you know has been told they must get a pertussis vaccine to protect the new baby, be sure to read the information I've included below and share it with them...and their doctors.
Acellular pertussis vaccines protect against disease but fail to prevent infection and transmission in a nonhuman primate model
In this study, we show nonhuman primates vaccinated with aP were protected from severe symptoms but not infection and readily transmitted Bordetella pertussis to contacts...and a cross-sectional study showed that postpartum aP vaccination of mothers did not reduce pertussis illness in young infants. These data suggest that cocooning is unlikely to be an effective strategy to reduce the burden of pertussis in infants. Read full study.
Resurgence of Whooping Cough May Owe to Vaccine’s Inability to Prevent Infections
The startling global resurgence of pertussis, or whooping cough, in recent years can largely be attributed to the immunological failures of acellular vaccines, School of Public Health researchers argue in a new journal article...“This disease is back because we didn’t really understand how our immune defenses against whooping cough worked, and did not understand how the vaccines needed to work to prevent it,” said Christopher J. Gill, associate professor of global health and lead author of the article. “Instead we layered assumptions upon assumptions, and now find ourselves in the uncomfortable position of admitting that we may made some crucial errors. This is definitely not where we thought we’d be in 2017.” Read more.
The relationship between mucosal immunity, nasopharyngeal carriage, asymptomatic transmission and the resurgence of Bordetella pertussis
The incidence of whooping cough in the US has been rising slowly since the 1970s, but the pace of this has accelerated sharply since acellular pertussis vaccines replaced the earlier whole cell vaccines in the late 1990s. A similar trend occurred in many other countries, including the UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and Spain, following the switch to acellular vaccines. The key question is why. Two leading theories (short duration of protective immunologic persistence and evolutionary shifts in the pathogen to evade the vaccine) explain some but not all of these shifts, suggesting that other factors may also be important. Why is Whooping Cough on the Rise?
Evidence points to limitations of the current pertussis vaccines
Whooping Cough Outbreaks Continue Nationwide Due to Failed Pertussis Vaccine
Once blamed on unvaccinated children, few today deny the fact that fully vaccinated children are spreading whooping cough as outbreaks continue across the U.S...The pertussis vaccine is supposed to protect against whooping cough, and even though health officials now acknowledge that the vaccine is not effective, it is still required. Aluminum toxicity expert Professor Christopher Exley, PhD and autoimmunity expert Yehuda Shoenfeld, MD discuss vaccines...
Last month, The 5th International Symposium on Vaccines, sponsored by the Children's Medical Safety Research Institute (CMSRI) took place in Lisbon, Portugal as part of the 11th International Congress on Autoimmunity. The symposium brought together medical researchers from around the world to share the latest research on vaccine safety and potential links between vaccine adjuvants and adverse autoimmune reactions. Read more about the symposium, including participants, and abstracts for each presentation here.
While attending the symposium, Del Bigtree (Vaxxed, ICAN, HighWire) interviewed world-renowned aluminum toxicity expert and symposium organizer, Professor Christopher Exley, PhD; and world-renowned autoimmunity expert and Congress President, Yehuda Shoenfeld, MD.
Watch the interviews below and listen to what these brilliant scientists say about their findings, the integrity of scientific research today; the loss of funding and other challenges that university researchers face; and why it is increasingly difficult for scientists to do independent research. Please share this information with others, especially doctors and vaccinating parents who cling to the belief that "vaccines are safe and effective" and that when it comes to vaccine safety, "the science is settled." It's difficult for me to understand how anyone who listens to these interviews wouldn't question vaccine safety if they haven't done so already.
When mothers speak out about the dangers of vaccines, they're often brushed off as being irrational or "just crazy mothers." Thirty years ago, a pediatrician I was considering called me "crazy" when I raised questions about vaccines. (He never did become our pediatrician.)
Young moms have told me that their instinct, along with research they've done, tells them not to vaccinate their babies; or at least to delay vaccinating; but their husbands, some of whom have not done any serious vaccine safety research, disagree and insist on following the doctor's recommendation. It's a very difficult and all too common situation.
Fortunately, more and more dads, are asking questions about vaccine safety. Unfortunately, some start researching after losing a child to vaccines; or they get pulled into this issue after their own children have been adversely affected by vaccines. They want answers that the medical establishment is not giving them.
Two autism fathers who watched their children's health deteriorate following vaccines -- J. B. Handley and Mark Blaxill -- have been researching, writing and speaking out about vaccine truth and vaccine safety for years. Their contributions to this movement are powerful.
The two young fathers in the video below, Adam Ringham and Chris Kickoff, are taking what they have learned and speaking out in an attempt to educate others and they do it in their own unique style. They have also written a book to help parents make well informed decisions
"Don't give honey to an infant but go ahead and let them get over 70 vaccines" is an entertaining and enlightening video. (Make sure the sound is not muted so you can hear their clever rant.), These two young dads have done their homework on vaccines and a lot more pregnancy and baby related topics. Keep reading for information about their book, "So You're Going To Have A Baby."
As outlined in the CDC's Increasing Awareness and Uptake of Influenza Immunization/Recipe for Fostering Public Interest and High Vaccine Demand "creating concern, anxiety and worry" with the help of medical experts, public health authorities and the media, is an integral part of an aggressive campaign to scare people into getting the flu vaccine. We've all probably heard, read or watched "scary" news reports about how deadly the flu is this year and why you should get a flu shot. What they often fail to mention is that most, if not all, of the victims had received the flu shot and/or were treated with flu drugs; and that there are more vaccine injury claims related to the flu vaccine than any other vaccine.
Take steps to promote optimum health and prevent flu naturally; and before you rush out to get a flu vaccine, which even mainstream sources admit is only 10% effective; or take a drug like Tamiflu, do your homework. Simply "trusting" your doctor or one-sided fear based media reports is not enough. Use the resources at the end of this post to help make sure you are making an informed decision and not one based on irrational fear.
Increasing Awareness and Uptake of Influenza Immunization
Recipe for Fostering Public Interest and High Vaccine Demand
In the brief video clip below, Del Bigtree exposes what happened when members of the HighWire team went on a field trip to hospitals mentioned in a January 16, 2018 L. A. Times article, "California hospitals face a 'war zone' of flu patients — and are setting up tents to treat them." After watching, perhaps you'll agree that things might not be quite as scary as we are being led to believe.
My last three blog posts -- here, here and here -- were about Professor Chris Exley's recent study on the link between aluminum adjuvants in vaccines and autism. Since then, another very important study, co-authored by Exley, Critical analysis of reference studies on the toxicokinetics of aluminum-based adjuvants has been published in Journal of Inorganic Biochemistry. A copy of the Accepted Manuscript can be read here.
The team at Informed Consent Action Network has put together a brief video about studies that link aluminum & autism. Watch below.
“...any vaccine that includes aluminum adjuvant, you will get aluminum from that going into your brain...It is no longer safe to use aluminum in vaccination."
Professor Chris Exley ~ November 27, 2017
Professor Chris Exley, Keele University, UK
So I am prudent; and I only put my neck on the guillotine when it’s absolutely necessary; and that is now.”
As promised in my prior post, below is a video of Professor Chris Exley presenting the findings of his recent study, "Aluminium in brain tissue in autism" to a French audience. A transcript is also included.
Although Dr. Exley's findings are new, we now have scientific proof that it was never safe to use aluminium in vaccinations. Parents of children who have developed autism or experienced other serious injuries and even death following vaccines; as well as some courageous physicians and scientists, have been speaking out about the harm that vaccines can and do cause for many years. Not only have their stories and findings been ignored; but they are often degraded, discredited and humiliated.
When someone as knowledgeable and well respected as Professor Exley, who has been studying aluminium for over 30 years, can be "shocked" by new findings; change his opinion about the safety of aluminium adjuvants in vaccines; and humbly and courageously put his career on the line to tell the world; perhaps then those who cling to the belief that "vaccines are safe and effective" and "the science is settled" and have even been less than kind to those who question vaccine safety; should be equally humble and rethink their stance.
Thank you Professor Chris Exley and your team of researchers; and many thanks to the families whose deceased children made these findings possible. May God bless and take care of all of you.
Below is a full transcript of the above video -- Professor Chris Exley discussing his study, "Aluminum in brain tissue in autism".
"So we need now to be extremely careful and cautious about when we decide to use a vaccine which has an aluminium adjuvant. It worries me enormously to see these data and I was not, I was not worried before we had these data."
Professor Chris Exley, November 2017
In the video below, Professor Chris Exley discusses his recent study, "Aluminum in brain tissue in autism" which I wrote about in my last post. (A full transcript is also provided.) Additional comments from Professor Exley and a Q&A will be shared in Part 2.
With autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) in American children now at 1 in 36, Professor Exley's findings are more relevant than ever. You probably won't hear about these findings in mainstream media; therefore, it's up to us to share this information with parents and grandparents, especially those who are still vaccinating their children with aluminum containing vaccines and the newborn Vitamin K shot. It is also very important to share this information with physicians, especially pediatricians who administer vaccines. Your efforts just might protect a child from a diagnosis of autism and a family from a lifetime of heartache.
Below is a full transcript of the above video -- Professor Chris Exley discussing his study, "Aluminum in brain tissue in autism".
Dear Parents and Grandparents...Before you permit another aluminum containing vaccine* to be injected into your child, please watch the videos below and read a new study by Christopher Exley, PhD and colleagues, "Aluminium in brain tissue in autism" published online on November 26, 2017 in Journal of Trace Elements in Medicine and Biology. Read the abstract and download the full text here.
"Perhaps there is something within the genetic make-up of specific individuals which predisposes them to accumulate and retain aluminium in their brain, as is similarly suggested for individuals with familial Alzheimer’s disease. The new evidence strongly suggests that aluminium is entering the brain in ASD via pro-inflammatory cells which have become loaded up with aluminium in the blood and/or lymph, much as has been demonstrated for monocytes at injection sites for vaccines including aluminium adjuvants. Perhaps we now have the putative link between vaccination and ASD, the link being the inclusion of an aluminium adjuvant in the vaccine." - Professor Chris Exley
I highly recommend that you watch this brief video from, Forrest Maready of "My Incredible Opinion" who explains the new aluminum/autism study in a very clear and simple way. More very informative "My Incredible Opinion" vaccine related videos can be found here.
"As an anti-vaxxer, I take no pleasure in this study. It confirms my worse fears. There will be no gloating or finger-pointing at anyone. If you are someone who has insisted all along that vaccines had nothing to do with autism, then I want you to understand that this is a new study. This is new information. No one has looked at this before. Us anti-vaxxers thought science might find aluminum but we had no idea it was this bad. You are completely excused for your previous beliefs. If you cannot change your mind now, I don't think you ever will. And that is my incredible opinion" - Forrest Maready
It's doubtful that you'll hear about this study in the pharmaceutical industry controlled mainstream media; and chances are, your pediatrician is not aware of it either; so simply trusting your doctor, who is probably trusting the CDC, who as J.B. Handley points out in the following video, cherry picks studies that support their vaccine agenda, is not enough! Read, watch listen, learn and share this post with others, especially those who are still vaccinating their children.
Many pregnant mothers, and fathers too, become intimidated by their obstetricians and agree to vaccines during pregnancy, even when their gut instinct is telling them not too. It is very important to understand that doctors who recommend vaccines are "following orders" and doing as they are told by the CDC and medical associations who also follow CDC recommendations. As doctors have shared, they do not study vaccines in medial school and relatively few do independent vaccine research after medical school. I have witnessed expectant parents who were considering vaccines during pregnancy decide against it, simply after reading the vaccine package insert. (See a sampling of excerpts from package inserts at end of this post.) For mom's and baby's health, it is incredibly important that expectant parents educate themselves about vaccine risks before agreeing to any vaccines. It's the responsible thing to do. Simply "trusting" your doctor is not enough.
The following information and video are from World Mercury Project.
The CDC recommends that pregnant women receive flu and TDaP vaccines even though vaccine package inserts state that "safety and effectiveness have not been established in pregnant women." Mothers are reporting miscarriage, pre-term labor and health issues for themselves and their children following these vaccines. A recent CDC study found that pregnant women vaccinated with the influenza vaccine had two times greater odds of miscarrying their babies compared to women who did not receive the flu vaccine
Cathy Isaacs was pregnant with twins when, against her better judgement, her doctor convinced her to get a flu vaccine. Within hours of receiving the vaccine Cathy began to miscarry. She lost her son. Her daughter was vaccine-injured and subsequently diagnosed with Autism. Listen as Cathy tells her story in the video below.
